I hope this one is a little prettier and a little more useful. Still working on getting a links bar, flyers page, and audio page, but I am officially pinky promising to not abandon this thing so often. (send me your flyers, links, etc.) WVUM launched a new/better/more useful website too! check that out for more up to date news on your favorite college radio station (duh).

TM Sisters say: “surprize music for doing taxes!” Tonight: MIAMI TIME double feature! First up a live blues set from JUKE and then Lolo from Sweat Records spinning a locals only set… this will definitely be a good show. You guys all undoubtedly know how important Sweat is to Miami’s music scene, so I don’t need to tell you to listen in.  It’s crazy to think that Sweat’s 5 Year Anniversary is already next weekend. They are throwing a block party, SWEATSTOCK, to commemorate the event, and the lineup is ridiculous: No Age + Awesome New Republic + The Jacuzzi Boys + Otto von Shirarch + Millionyoung + Animal Tropical + Beings + Tom La Roc + Pure Imagination + Contra + Feverish Ice Cream truck + more! Don’t say I didn’t tell you.  + + SO Raw MIDNIGHT MADNESS PARTY is the unofficial afterparty, para los sucio/as. Teenanger + Lil Daggers + free alcohol. This Saturday will be crazy but MIAMI TIME is on the air because we care about you and your Monday sickness.
